Mockingbird Station was Dallas's first truly urban mixed use, transit oriented development and one of OFB first clients nearly 9 years ago. Over the years we have maintained a working relationship with not only 3 different owners but the multiple management companies who handle residential and commercial leasing. These companies and owners include: Ken Hughes, Real Estate Capital Partners in NYC, Capstar Commercial, Alliance Residential, Simpson Housing and United Commercial Realty.
Over the years we have worked to keep them cutting edge when it comes to web, branding, on-site events, and viral campaigns. The challenge is to help them sell to multiple audiences simultaneously. These include potential and current residents, office leasing customers, and retail shoppers and tenants.
The latest site utilizes just about every web 2.0 strategy in the book. News Blogs, resident forums, online rent pay, loft search tools, online applications, ajax photo galleries, advanced mapping systems, online directories, and online ad management. Another unique aspect created by OFB Interactive is that the retail tenants are provided with their own manageable profile page.
Design Birth Place: The design for the latest MBS website was unearthed at the OFB Commerce Street Studio, wearing pink and green rain boots, a North face powder jacket, Carmel Latte, and Southern state of mind.
