Midtown Commons is the first transit-oriented, mixed-use community in Austin, Texas. Working with developers High Street Residential (Trammell Crow) and property managers Lincoln Property Company, OFB created a colorful, eclectic, modern look and feel through business collateral, leasing brochure, and website.
Midtown Commons needed a brand that had that funky eclectic Austin feel but didn't lose its young professional audience who worked with conservative companies in the area. Working with OFB Brand Strategy, OFB Design created a look and feel with vibrant colors tempered with black that was at the same time fun and lively as well as sophisticated and grown-up. Through a comprehensive site map and wireframe, OFB Web Strategy planned a website that would draw in potential residents and tenants, and also highlighted the project's environmental focus. The result? A website and community bringing something distinctly new to Austin.
